The OXIGENO Fitness Personal Trainers have specific knowledge within topics like; training, change of lifestyle, nutrition, individual workout adjustments and measurable results. This is persons with high education within training and in addition to this they have human qualities that will make you feel safe and motivated at all time.

  • The principles of amount and adjustment
  • Have you never done exercise before or have you done to much of it? Your body can adjust to a lot, but anyway it needs time to adjust and get used to new challenges. By using a Personal Trainer the training will be adjusted to your personal capabilities.

So how will my session with a Personal Trainer look?

This depends on the 4 different levels basic, active, sport, and extreme and your main individual goals. But all sessions will have the following parts:

  • Core exercises (Abs & lower back)
  • Partner stretching
  • Short “wrap-up” and the upcoming focuses

How do I contact a Personal Trainer?

Talk with our reception or contact one of our Personal Trainers directly in the gym.

You will decide yourself how often you like to train with a Personal Trainer, and the sessions can be booked from time to time. The Personal Trainers work both day and night; due to this we have flexibility to meat your demands during time. You will make an agreement for 1 or 10 sessions with your Personal Trainer and we will of course advice you to do a long term agreement due to that the chances to achieve your goals increase by this. Another reason is that is less expensive to do the long term agreement.
